I don't think I have ever met anyone who can plan a party, and then execute it with perfection....that is until I met Ellen.  She has the creativity of Martha Stewart and the spunk of Katie Brown, and whenever she is having a party, YOU want to be invited!!  Our family had the greatest time at her annual family pumpkin party.  Thank you for inviting us Ellen!!!  As long as you keep inviting us, i'll keep bringing your Sonic DP!!

Works of Art

Who knew that tie-dying t-shirts required skill?? I sure didn't. I thought you just wrapped a few rubber bands around a shirt, dipped in dye, and voila....you've got a perfectly tie-dyed shirt!! Well, we found out otherwise. My kids tie-dyed shirts with their cousins tonight. They didn't exactly turn out like works of art, but we sure had a great time making them.

Blast from the Past!!!

It seems like yesterday, when I threw on my capri jeans with my little red heels and tied a scarf in my big blonde curly hair...(thanks Madonna for that fashion statement.) Yes, it was back in the good ole' 80's! I recently went back for my....uhhh....uhhhh (it's so hard to say...)20 year class reunion. There is a lot to appreciate about growing up in a small town, where yes, everybody does know your name not to mention everything you do. I had a lot of great friends. It was so fun to go back and see what everyone has been up to, and to see that despite time, some things never change!

Daddy Date Night

Tonight, David went to school with Ryker for Daddy Date Night. They had a great time together! Ryker was so proud to show David all of the things that he has been learning this year. We are so fortunate to have great teachers, and so glad that Ryker loves school!
